Jennifer K. Lowe

Jennifer is a senior project manager, who directs a variety of human genetics projects using approaches such as whole-genome and exome sequencing SNP genotyping, gene expression, genome-wide linkage and association, and copy number analyses to study the genetics of autism spectrum disorders (ASD) and related endophenotypes. Current projects include the etiology of ASD in African-American families (ACE Network; PI Dan Geschwind); genetics of ASD in multiplex families from the Autism Genetic Resource Exchange (AGRE); and Predicting and Optimizing Language Outcomes in minimally verbal children with ASD (POLO; PI Helen Tager-Flusberg).
