Fuying Gao

Fuying is a data technician interested in developing and applying statistical methods for data analysis. She has worked within the Geschwind group at UCLA since 2007 and has significant expertise in standard and advanced analysis of RNA-sequencing and single cell RNA-sequencing gene expression studies. Fuying provides assistance with implementing the workflow for gene expression datasets and high-throughput sequencing datasets, such as RNA sequencing data, single cell RNA sequencing data, etc., with advanced network methods such as Weighted Gene Coexpression Network Analysis, and with uploading datasets onto our gene expression database.
