Brie Wamsley

Brie is a senior post-doctoral fellow whose research interests involve understanding how the development of the nervous system is orchestrated so as to improve our understanding of human neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders. In this vein, Brie has performed extensive single cell genomic analysis of post-mortem brain in ASD to refine the characterization the molecular pathophysiological mechanisms underlying ASD. Currently, Brie continues to follow up on the cell-type specific changes in transcriptional and functional genomics underlying ASD.
